Awards & Competitions

Baird agriculture students compete each October in The Big Fresno Fair’s Horticulture Competition. During the 2025–2026 school year, our students submitted 100 entries and earned an incredible 86 first-place ribbons and 14 second-place ribbons.

Grants

Baird is in the second year of a three-year grant from Project Lead The Way. Through this grant, agriculture and technology students work together to create an app that compares ocean ecosystems with land-based agricultural ecosystems.
