Baird Library Media Center Mission Statement

It is our mission to provide students and staff with materials, both print and electronic, and the opportunity to read for pleasure and information. It is also our goal to provide the means to assist students and staff in navigating the technology to access these opportunities. It is our aim for all students to be self-motivated, lifelong learners and information literate. Information literacy is the ability to find, use, and evaluate relevant information.
